Ebay, various synth forums, it's not available brand new as it was produced around 1979 to 1981. Expect to pay between £190 and £250 (4 to 500 dollars).

Oh hell yeah the 09 does a big poo on the 101 which is just a mono Juno-106....If you like the 09 check out the 02 and sh7 they are Dual OSC Beasts

Stupid comment, the SH09 shares a similiar architecture to the SH101, plus the 101 has lots more features, ie, you can mix a second waveform, plus the sequencer/arpeggiator etc...
However, I'd have agreed with you if you had stated that the SH09 has a better build quality than the 101 with it's metal case and Juno6/60 style sliders and knobs....
