Operation is on Neo-GUILT Sige, and it is one hell of a strain as well. Sige operations start off with lacerations, pus, and inflammation. Treat all but one, raise vitals, and get ready for Sige's assault. when Sige appears, suture the lacerations, and then ultrasound to find it. Excise it, and it will release gas. To get rid of the gas, you have to literally blow it away by literally blowing into the DS mic. I kid you not. That is kinda unique to use the DS mic to blow something. Not many games use this kind of function. ^_^ After excising Sige, patch up the gas wound, and treat any other wounds, as well as keeping pus in check. To stop Sige from ricocheting and moving, use antibiotic gel to stop it, and then slice it with the scalpel. Then...it is pretty much rinse and repeat. When it takes enough damage, it will release clones of itself, which are darker colored. Oh, and when Sige is under the organ, ultrasound frequently to look for internal injuries. Slice a fake Sige, and it will release pus. Rinse, lather, and repeat, and Sige will go down.

Yeah, I know it is unbearable, especially the lag. That is how Sige sounds like when it starts ricocheting all over the place.
Oh, and to clear this up: yes, I used a mic. I used a regular ol' headset with a mic on it, and blowed into it. I better not see ANY questions or PMs about how was I able to blow, or "Do you have to have a mic?" I WILL ignore them, plain and simple! As long as you have some kind of mic, you can complete this operation on the emulator. Then that case, it would be impossible to complete Case 5 of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney.
