They are making a song stereotyping Mexicans as people who like Tequila and bitches! Te quero puntas is roughly translated as "I like bitches"! but this song is fucking hilarious and awesome hence "Awesomely racist"!
Rammstein uses the word in this song as whore. One way of finding out for sure is by reading their own translation of it...which..TADA...they use whore.
