Fousta and therefore Foustanella is a Latin/Italian word. So it's neither Greek or albanian. In modern Greek we say fousta/foustani as well.
It seems you are having a really difficult time accepting that your people are HIGHLY influenced by either Hellenic or Italian culture.
Ancient Hellenic warriors always wore a short foustani. Check the ancient Hellenic vases you can find in your backyard in Northern Epiros.

I am aware that Albania is influenced by Hellenic and italian culture, but are you trying to say that albania had no influence or did not contribute anything among them?
