i agree with the cop 100%. yea he was a little quick to taser him, but once the officer says you are "under arrest" and you choose to walk away it is in the cops discretion whether he thinks its a threat or not. so like i said cops side 100%. signing the ticket is not about being guilty or not, your signature is saying that you will appear in court on such and such date. that's when you will be able to bring the evidence of the sign or anything else.
