Of course it isn't.
Just because something contains racist characters, doesn't mean the film is racist. It's a film tackling an issue.
Sadly though, this distinction is where the simple-minded racists of YouTube seem to have an intelligence failing.

Ha ha, starvation joke.
1. Forget their national identity, patriotardism is stupid on only hinders advancement and progression.
2. Be more tolerant of immigrants, they need to welcome immigrants from all over their world with open arms and stop trying to Impose crappy English society on them.
3. Embrace homosexuality, I know England has come a long way in this regard, but not enough. Its the 21st century, get modern, most brits are gay anyway
