ishaq's book was the first book written in islamic history after quran. it is the most authentic book in islam. if u say u don't believe ibn ishaq's book in saudi arabia, u will be arreseted and prosecuted.

We are 'obsessed' with saying of people like Khomeini because a person's sayings give an insight into his/her character. I can not believe that people would follow and hold in high regard a person who (for example) condones child marriage and the use of baby wives for some forms of sexual gratification.
However, Mohammad himself is said to have murdered, raped, pillaged, slept with pre-pubecent 'wives', practiced deception, and indulged in many dishonorable behaviours.

If one really wants to know what Islam really teaches,and who the real Muhammad is one must read the oldest biography and history of them, written by Muslims. These works are 1.Sira Rasul Allah, written 750 A.D. by Ibn Ishaq(English translation is called The Life of Muhammad,by Alfred Guillaume);and 2. History of al-Tabari, written between 870 A.D.-920 A.D.; 3.Any Hadiths by al-Bukhari or Muslim. Read them alongside the Quran to establish context,and discover that Muhammad/Islam are immoral

What a shame that Muslims can't accept the earliest biography and histories of Muhammad and his followers as we read in Sirat Rasul Allah, and History of al-Talbari. Any time something violent/sexually perverse/morally degenerate is perpetrated by Muhammad, modern Muslims say it is a lie!

Guillaume is a translator. Don't like his translation? Find a better one, or just read it in Arabic.
Ishaq's complete work doesn't exist, but Ibn Hisham edited and abridged his work, and Tabari quoted extensively from him.
Islam promotes immorality- sins against the true and only God.
