but you say ballet is art. when it started, why do you think men came to see the show? it was popular as a chance to oogle young lady's legs. i think such a situation comes from the stigma that women who perform must be loose. the same was true in western culture of actresses and ballet dancers. if her art is respected she can make a living on her feet. this is what i wish for.
