I was somewhere between 9 and 11 when this video came out (nobody seems to know the exact date of this song). My parents forbade us to watch shows like Shindig, but I still had my trusty transistor radio! I have bookmarked this for my 20-year-old daughter when she comes home for Christmas this year. She will LOL but "love the beat," as people on the Dick Clark show used to say.
