I think the main difference is that Keith Levene played drums on the album version, and his drumming is very heavy on cymbals. The vocals are also different, but nice on both versions.

My dad has one too. There was only something like 10,000 of them printed wasn't there.
I bought bread off John's dad! Not messing, I live in Tuam, Co. Galway, and Lydon's shop (now closed down) was owned by his parents. I used that bit of trivia (successfully) as a pick up line at a Punk festival in Donegal not so long ago!!! lol.

Wow, its so great to think that kids are still discovering PiL. Lydon has apparently said that he wants to return to PiL after the current Pistols tour ends. I would love to hear "Death Disco" and "Flowers of Romance" live one more time.

I love Lydon, but I feel his monotone vocals didn't support the innovative sound. Lydon should be finding a counter melody and I feel that he squandered some masterpieces

although i do admit PiL was as revolutionarty as the Pistols they werent as revolutionary as the Pistols. The Sex Pistols were the start of everything punk, they had the attitude and the image and they style of gigs to go with it. With PiL they had the artistic and musical ability i will give them that hands down they were much better then the Pistols, but thats why no one really cares for them now adays, they were good along with everyone else, the Pistols were bad by them selves.
