I totally agree with that... minorities should have their rights...build houses too. The same do Albanians in Macedonia, Montenegro and elsewhere. The only difference is that Serbians get the money from Belgrade to do it on purpose.

Not strictly true! Only parts of Serbia were formally part of Hungary and the great Austro-Hungarian Empire. Same can be said for the whole of Slovakia, Slovenia and (of course!) Transylvania. As in Transylvania, Albanians now try to justify independance by claiming they were there first. There is no evidence of this whatsoever.......
