But isn't the world glad that it was Patsy who recorded this? There are so many different types of great music, and they all contribute to the world.
As a kid I loved Big Band and Swing without knowing exactly what it was. Other kids were doing the AC/DC Black Sabbath thing. But they knew how to jam back then--no synthesizers, or electronic ehancements.

I guess you learn something new everyday. Willie recorded this song first. It's not as good as Patsy's version though.

Just curious, is there any truth to the rumour that Willie sold this tune for $50.
If true, I don't knock him for doing it, I knock the record company that bought it for being pond scum that didn't appreciate talent when it bit them in the ass. It took Willie a long time after CRAZY to be recognized for the amazing writer that he is.
