really..i don't think its bias. i mean aish is a brilliant singer w/ her amazingg voice quality and all, but her high notess are sometimes shrill, unlike anweshas (my opinion), and also sometimes her sur doesn't quite hit the right note (not in this song, but other songs). I don't kno...for me anwesha is the best! but aishwarya is definitely really good as well!!!
oh and anwesha fans, in case ur interested: anwesha got about 4 playback singing assignments (ismail, jatinlalit, pritam, sum1else

when i watched the finale. the host, abhass, said that there wasnt much differece of votes. anwesha lost by about 8 to 10 votes. but i could be wrong

Ya. I remember that! The link was posted somewhere here and other discussion forums. It was something like 8 and 10 lakhs. But many people challenged those figures as they seemed too small as compared to the figures that are announced in other shows. Also the voting site crashed the previous night because of a very heavy voting spree and these figures are too small to cause a crash. Lot of suspicions arose because nothing was announced in the finale.

Aishwarya is good....but definately not even close to what Anwesha can sing....For me Anwesha will always be the Star Voice of India..God bless both Anwesha and Aishwarya..no offense.
