what happened to the duck walks , the electric chair, leg lifts, crunches, the tons of push ups, the sprinting, jumping jacks . theres a few more excercises that my cadet corp does and your pt seems too relaxed. in my pt theybe having us do push ups and then drop down on our backs do sit ups and run in place changing constantly and stuff and some others i forgot right now or there names
