What I think the title means is this:
Fascism is a far right, reactionary political view. Reactionaries want to return to a previous time in history, such as the French reactionaries during the French Revolution who wanted to restore the Monarchy. This is where the "Re-turn" comes in.
Communist movements often come as military revolts, hence the "Re-turn your revolt"
And finally, Fascism is extremely organized, hence the "Re-turn your revolt into style."
I think it's a great title.
