he brought his moniter all the way from America, spells Frank as PHRANK and acts on call as if he is a practical computer genius... well, still the whole video is situational fun. considering that 90% of American/Canadian/UK/European callers are too dumb to deal with, specially when it comes to handling technology.... 8D...I'm working in call center in New Delhi for a Canadian ISP, and callers ask me the questions like "1,2,3 in capitals or small?!!!!" handle them!!!
