My guess is that 'Ana Ng' is a person one of the members have met before and fell in love with. 'Ng' is a popular cantonese second name, and 'Ana' could quite easily by a cantonese given name :)
A lady from China, perhaps?
I'm also not entirely sure if it's actually about one of the Johns or if they just made up the story or heard the story somewhere else.
