Yeah, there a few program out there. Google Volunteer for Israel and see what you get. Sar-el is and awesome program, I did that one. There are over 30 Kibbutz to volunteer on. Just contact them.

what about if you want to learn hebrew at the Jerusalem university do you have to qualify according to the Law of Return, Or just apply with visa.
