westbengal is a state in indian union where HINDI is 1st language,english official language but each state of 28 has native language :it's extremely important for integration of the states. Bangladesh was east bengal but now it's a country where it can afford to speak only Bengali.so language problem is not there>they had language problem with pakistan for24 yrs when pak banned bengali and urdu was sate language >in east pakistan we had to learn urdu.then we were driven out by riots

Guys...listen closely to the original.
It's a shame that National award winning Malayalam singer SreeKumar who sang almost all of the sargam in this song was not even mentioned...
The sargam is the most important bit of this song and due credit should have been given to Sreekumar instead of just Shreya. Shreya is a fabulous singer but even she made no mention of the guy who did so much justice to the song.
Shame on you, Preetam.

Anwesha did an incredibly fabulous job in singing the sargam all by herself - in the original it was sung by Sreekumar and a bit by Shreya...Hats off to you, Anwesha.
