Which apes planet are you from? Gujratis are better? Manna Dey, Kishore, Hemant, Geeta Dutt who Lataji admittedly feared and mentioned that after Geetaji died, Bappi Lahiri, Kumar Sanu, Abhijeet, Shreya Ghosal, Shaan, Babul Supriyo, Arnab Chakraboty, Soham Chakraboty, etc. I wasn't even trying. MAJUMDAR is a bengali last name which is close to her name and in the first few episode they've shown her name as "Majumdar" until they asked her to correctly say and pronounce her name: MAJMUDAR.

Hey, I'm actually Gujarati not Bengali, and I think Anwesha was the best. Who cares about where they are from? Just listen to their voices and then decide who you like. Don't pick your music by where the singer was born, or what family they were born into, that does not make any sense.

Anwesha is simply the best, and time will put everyone in the place they deserve.
She has not a put wrong in the entire series, and not even an adult contestant in any of the various singing talent shows has ever been able to show this level of consistency in all type and range of songs.
Anwesha, surely we shall be "hearing" you in the future.

wtf? anwesha was far better than aishwarya. in what way was anwesha less than aish? she has sur (which aish sometimes doesn't have), voice (seems to be the only highlight of aish), lay (anwesha rocks at this), and much more b/c of her amazing classical base. Its YOU that needs to face the fact of who is better. besides anwesha has gotten four offers already from four different music directors. and what about aish?!?
