cuz metallica is alot heavier, yet still much more melodic.
And if you play guitar than you know maiden isnt that hard. But i love both bands. And i beleive that trivium has alot of potential to become the next metallica, but i just dont think they are using it correctly sometimes... :/
its time for trivium to step up, along with these other bands
but you got to give them credit where its due.
Slayer was pretty heavy, so was exodus and some of the underground thrash bands.
But yeah, I think they are almost as heavy as any band should ever get.
Because in my mind metal has gotten a little too heavy lately.
I think that there is a fine line between really heavy songs and shitty songs.
but all i was saying that they were really heavy,
but they arent drop c all the time,
they go into e flat like one song per album...
