Nothing special, just seeing what muh drums sound like on the computer. Do not leave me mean comments, this is just fucking around, not meant to impress anybody. I do, however, take tips and advice (just not condescending advice).

i know, don't i look like a douche? hahaha. thanks for the advice. i wasn't really trying to combine grooves much, it was just a test, but i put it on youtube so i'd better expect such feedback. i'm trying to get out of the "play eight measures, in 4/4, then fill" grooving, because that gets relentless and uncreative, as you can see in this video.

Thanks bro. It is a really good kit, loud and easy playing. I was actually quite lucky when i bought it, Musician's friend had it priced at $1049, and for like a week or so they brought it down to $750. I didn't have enough money at the time, so my parents paid for half, and I paid them back over time. It was a steal!

wow bud 750 is a definate steal, mine cost bout that much n its crap.....a few things tho...i dunno if u knew, but i hear that the zildj zbt rock cymblas are shit....and they crack a lot? have u heard this? im think of buying some but i dunno.... and ya haha the b8 series is shit....but what do u expect tho for beginning cymbals....and dude if u play like a champ, u are one.

yeah, zbt's are usually cheap and sound poor, mine are Custom Z's, which are loud, durable and a bit on the expensive side. I used to have a pair of Zildjian ZBT rock hi-hats, and they were destroyed after a few years, because i started playing harder. I guess it all comes down to what sound you're looking for with cymbals, if you like the sound of ZBT's give 'em a try. Normally rock cymbals don't break as easy because they are thicker, but ZBTs are made out of a cheaper material. Good luck!

also i have a question. are those toms both connected to the same stand because thats what i wanted to do with my set, detach the toms from the kick drum and have them centered in between the snare but is that as high as you can get them to go?

If you purchase the kit the hardware will come with it, and you can attach the tom mounts to the cymbal stands, you can make them whatever height you want pretty much. Pretty adjustable. and thanks for the kind words.
