What a great visual! I haven't attempted to make tofu since my hippie days in the early 70's but I'm making some today with my daughter and granddaughter. I'm using inari as a coagulator as I did before. I think the same temperatures will apply as on the video. Thanks for the refresher course!

I liked this clip, I had no idea how much work went into making tofu but I definately wouldn't try it myself, it's way cheaper and faster just to buy some from the store

soy is the most highly contaminated and most heavily pesticided plant, there is a wide misconception that soy is largely associated with "healthy" sure its good for you but too much can be bad :/

its like a sponge, it absorbs flavours wonderfully, and as far as looking natural, it doesnt look much differet to cheese! or cooked eggwhite for soft tofu!
you can even make it crispy!

the only cheese that looks like tofu is mozerella, i mean real mozerella not that cheese sticks...
and crispy tofu doesnt sound as good as crispy bacon ;)
