They have to go through this long drawn out process just to get money for meds. They should be given anything they want. I don't give a fuck if they want steak every single night for dinner, it should be given to them on a silver platter. You may ask how can the government afford it? And the Geneva Convention only covers uniformed combatants. Non uniformend ones can be shot per the convention as spies.
