Workout Routine - Get Ripped Conditioning

This part of the workout routine hits the cardio, legs, chest and back with compound exercises.
The lunges exercise workout the legs and so does the cardio that is done during the active rest on the stepper.
The pushup to dumbell row superset works the core, chest and back.
All in all its a fast, fun and highly effective workout with great exercises that will get you ripped but still work the muscles.
