this band got its start in atlanta ga, back in the late 70's to the best of my recollection..........i saw them in concert four or five times, remember in particular drinking moonshine right up front, before the mosh pit was invented.........great times, great memories, they are HUGE in europe, not so much in USA, but i know they played DC and southeast last summer.........would love to see them live again!

Growing up In School people had concert t-shirts these were the top three Led Zeppelin, Thin Lizzy, # 1 Mothers Finest.A lot of people saw them in concert in their hay day and with good reason; they were awesome but of course one of the most underrated band in music history.

completely underrated. i had the pleasure of opening for them at the N Club in 2007. I met them and they arent only the greatest musicians but the COOLEST people. they do it for the fun not the money. thats why they outlast these shitty pop groups. MF forever

Awesome band, should have been huge, paved the way for lots of other funky rock and metal bands that came through 10 - 15 years later. Anyone remember Dutch Rap-Metal band Urban Dance Squad? Their DJ (DNA) used to scratch samples of this song over their tune 'Piece of Rock' back in the day.

They shouldn't have been underrated. Their talent and stage presence alone contradicted that term to the infinite power, lol!!! Truth is, they were just too good for record labels to promote 'em porperly (and I don't think they even had ONE of their songs get any airplay west of the Mississipi for that matter). Talk about killing the "golden goose"...<:-(
