Because Tina Fey is trained to do so. People in the comedy business such as this spend hours on how to imitate other people. How they sit, stand, move, talk, even that slight little accent she puts on certain words. Not to mention she's been on the big screen and stage for years on end now, so she's more comfortable. But all of this is rehearsed and perfected over a period of time.
