wrong.How do one become a Muslim? By explicitly saying the shadah which translates to, "There is NO gods but Allah and, MUHAMMAD IS HIS MESSENGER". wrong! you cannot worship the prophet! it is shrik! there were people wprshipping the prophet during his time. muhammad knew about it, that is why allah chose him to die. get it? allah needed 2 show 2 us that only he is absolute and not muhammad, that is why he died.

you said that muhammad is absolute. if he was absolute, why would he tell us not to worship him but worship allah instead? simple, muhammad is verily the messenger of allah and allah is the absolute!then if we worship muhammad, wont that be angering muhammad since that he himself said not to worship him? we just need to worship allah, acknowledge that he is absolute and almighty. yes! in islam, there is no mediator,in solat, we pray on a mat on piece of land. this is the simplicity of islam. its just us and god, the first mosque ever made, according to one source, was 4 branches and a palm leaf. there is no mediator between us and god not like in christianity, where you are born with sin, and have to pray to jesus so that he will forgive you, because he "died for your sins".

hey bro,thats not it all to be honest,wen it comes to islam u have to believe in the Prophet too and infact u must believe in all the previous prophets and not just the last prophet PBUH!maybe in ur case u may think it is ok to just believe in God but not in a Muslims case.

there are 23 bibles in the world. the gospel of thomas was found in 1945 in egypt in coptic binding. so does orthodox christianity believe this? does catholic christianty believe this? now, modern christianity may believe this, but they also believe that jesus died for their sins because we have sinned, however, one thing i dont get. if god was so merciful and forgiving, why would he require sacrifice? couldnt he forgive all of us, because it was adam's fault that he ate the apple, and not us.

Assalamualaikum,
If whatever her husband is doing is causing a problem in his marriage, he's probably going about it wrong as the wife does have some rights from the husband and it sounds like he's neglecting them. I'd try reminding him about the hadiths that relate to this and how good the prophet (saw) was to his wives, or try and talk to the shaikh that her husband is taking spiritual guidance from.

please ask your local mosque..
Sufism is created as a mix between islamic teaching, and hinduism and budism tradition/environment.
So there is many invention of the way to approach Allah by different way than the teaching of RasulAllah [close to budhism and hinduism way].. you can do your own research about this matter.

Please people, how can you call yourselves Muslim when Allah(SWT) tells you not to divide his religion and you still do! You use the same book UNCHANGED, then Y claim these differences. It's not even like Chritians who have different books changed over time. Duhh, people, then why not call yourselves something else other than Muslims. Islam "Only refer to the Qur'an and the example of the prophete Mohammed(PBUH)(Sunnah) to guide us and give us good examples."

[i dont think it is necessary to call our self as something new other than mentioned in the Quran and Sunnah.. as this is will be a great tools of enemy of islam to split the muslim in to secterianism.. dont you agree?]
