I have a friend, he's 18 yrs old and he cleans 340 lb, snatches 242 lb and squat deep 440 lb. He also runs 60 meters at 7:3 seconds and weighs 230 pounds. He can throw a 6kg hammer 73 meters at 60+ mph. and due to the centrifugal power, the hammer weighs more than 540 pounds before release.
