This is a new story that is based on one I covered last fall. Former U.S. Senator John Edwards, who was also being considered for the VP slot next to Senator Barack Obama, was found at an LA hotel by two National Enquirer reporters as Edwards was visting new mom Rielle Hunter.
Edwards tried to elude the reporters and according to the Enquirer he did call hotel security. But the overall damage was done.
In this video I talk about Edwards committment to the poor and how that should be allowed to remain in our thoughts about Edwards as he faces this tough issue.
What I call for is us to "circle the wagons" and wish Edwards and his wife the best as they go through what has to be a terrible period.

I'm very sad about this news as well.
My support is still there for John Edwards and his wife, Elizabeth.
Elizabeth Edwards is a former bankruptcy attorney who understands very well how the banks have sucked our economy dry by charging interest rates that should have been deemed illegal years ago.
John Edwards has the knowledge and skill to stop the banks from continuing to steal your money, but sadly now he won't be in the position to do anything about it.
My prayers are with the Edwards.

Edwards wants to end poverty but charges $50K for speeches on it. He lives in an ostentatious mansion amidst much humbler dwellings in a town where the "simple folk" have nothing nice to say about him. He made his career suing doctors for delivering babies born with cerebral palsy, driving up health care costs and unnecessary, harmful C-sections, meanwhile number of cerebral palsy births hasn't decreased. He takes 30% of the cut for his trial wins. Yeah, he's really concerned about the poor.

I agree with yardshoper on the "Talent" you speak of. I have a background in broadcasting and media and I believe anyone with a camcorder or cell phone camera could have made that crap. The graphics suck, the light was too hot, and I nearly got sea sick from the shakey video. That was a good waste of $200,000.
