Only when he's learned the words. So, like if he starts saying "Hi", he will only say that. They learn a word or a sentence at a time. They don't just start repeating anything you say once you start, ya know?

It is really a very pretty cockatiel. But it should urgently have a cockatiel-wife to be happy! I have 23 Cockatiels and I can tell you: The most happy cockatiels are those who live with other cockatiels. And they can also be tame.

Very precious cockateil :) Seems like you have quite a little band of birds going there :) How do you find the budgies and goffin get along? I've got 3 budgies and a cockateil and they get along alright, but was wondering about the goffin as I'm thinking about getting one.

Budgies and Goffin fair better than the Goffin and Teil. She goes after both to a small extent, but cannot catch a budgie. We have to be very careful with the teil. They are all fine in a room together. If we have them on a table like that, we do have to supervise. The budgies, parrotlet and teil are safe unsupervised. Goffin is not. Heck, our tv guide isnt' safe around her. Lots of work. But man, what a great pet.

We're working on "I'm busy" (say it snotty lol). He'd learn it faster if I could put it context for you. Ya know? Just like you say "hi" when you enter a room. I hope he gets it, I think i'd be hillarious for people to talk to him, then have him turn his back and go, "I'M BUSY"

Don't do anything until you either buy a book about cockatiels at the pet store, or google Cockatiels and read some sites okay? You might want to join Tailfeathers (google it), so you can ask questions, search out things, and have fun too.
Showers/baths, every day that they want to. No filing beaks ever. If you get special perches you won't have to cut nails. They are like 10 bucks or more and have colorful, natural sand on them.

Sunny is really a wonderful bird. My wife and I had first watched this video a couple months ago and from then on I have been watching the same and other his videos almost every other day. We will look forward to have some more of his videos.
