Excellent song. This reminds me of when my father would lift me up and how big and strong he always seemed compared to me. I also remember how big his jeans always were, and his shoes too. They always seemed so solid and giant to me.
It's always a struggle trying to feel that big and significant. I can only hope to live my life in much the same way as him. I miss you dad.

We lost our dad in 8-07; we asked a good family friend to sing this...she hadn't sang it since her grandpa died. She did a wonderful job, impressed everyone. God has blessed her with a beautiful voice. God has blessed Holly Dunn with a beautiful voice and a gift to write lyrics like this. It touches many, many people.
