Albania decided: Olta Boka to Belgrade!
The first televised national final of the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest season has ended. Albania has decided that Olta Boka will go to Belrade with the song Zemren e lame peng (We gambled the heart). It is the first entry of 2008 that is available entirely!
The song was composed by Adrian Hila with the lyrics written by Pandi Laco, they have already written Ledina Celo's entry in 2005, Tomorrow I go and Frederik Ndoci's Hear my plea last year. It was performed in Albanian in the national final, but could be entirely or partly performed in English in the Eurovision Song Contest like in 2004, 2005 and 2007.

I know that it is not acceptably for you what Serbia didn't allow the Albanians of Kosovo establish their own state. That is obvious. Who wants? As for the name, don't care about that. I see why you wrote it in such a form. Both variants exist. In Russia it is used as "Dmitri", as in some other countries it takes some another forms, e.g. "Dimitri", "Dimitar", "Dimitrios" and so on.
I am quite interested in different languages. As for Albanian, I know nothing of it, so I had to use a dictionary to write something here. I like how the Albanian language sounds. It is interesting for me too.
